Also, the full payment is required prior to pickup as we are unable to proceed without payment. We kindly request that you provide a 24-hour advance notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Not following this policy results in the absence of any refund. We are available to transport you or your loved one during our regular business hours which are Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm. We also provide scheduled and unscheduled after hour transport services as needed.
